Went there shopping for a skateboard. Eddie helped us out. He was great. He was very knowledgeable and his passion for skateboarding was on full display. You could tell that this guy loved skateboarding and wanted to share his passion with everyone else. Awesome experience.

We came at 6:25 they didn’t let us in. I walked by and I see them letting others in to get some shoes when I was trying to get a skateboard

I’m not from Illinois, I’m from Indiana. I’ve never been to the store in person, however, this is by far my favorite Zumiez store. When I ordered online, they sent items from this store to my location. Along with my items, an employee by the name of Emily wrote me an awesome note on my invoice, including a cool drawing of my name, Heaven, with a halo over it. That’s not all, free stickers were included. If anyone meets an Emily who works at this Zumiez (121), tell her she’s doing a great job. This store and their employees are fantastic.

Gencis was very rude. She wouldn’t help me with my shoes and was too busy arguing with a coworker who was busy doing something else. When she did go to ring me up she did it incorrectly. Not returning.
