Doctor tye has been our doctor for over 7 years and we absolutely love doctor mark Allen. Unfortunately doctor tye had to retire, I don't blame him. It's not that the staff was rude and I just can't put my finger on it but we no longer felt welcome there and had to change to doctor Corona, Placing a phone call then being put on hold until they either go on lunch or actually closed for the day was a bit much. Not being able to actually say good bye to doctor tye or mark Allen actually broke my heart which is something that the staff does not have the capacity to understand so maybe they could pass it on for me because I do love those guys. Not that they should treat any other patient different but you really should treat locals and your Long time family patients that have been patients for yours like forever like a family. Would really help..... sadly good bye. JAS and family
