This place definitely needs some TLC. You can tell at one time it was a pretty nice place. There was no restrooms or showers available (building looked to be let go). They was WAY OVER PRICED for this type of grounds and amenities. Greatly disappointed

This is a very nice park. No transients! Nice trees and landscaping, very clean and quiet. The dog park is fully fenced in and has grass, real grass! And lots of it, no bugs and clean. Family run park, they're always around to help.

Called and made reservations on the road as we were driving I5 south from Oregon. Ashley was busy with customers and told me she would call back. She called back a few minutes later. She was very helpful and efficient with making the reservation. The RV park was very clean with nice big trees for shade. Surprisingly, Orland has some good restaurants. We went to Farwood Bar and grille which had friendly service and good food (probably a little pricier than other restaurants but it is a nicer place too). The entry to the RV park was not done very well but it was no problem getting in and out. The only little annoyance is specific to our site. It was next to a house with a rooster so if you want to sleep in, ask for a site away from that house.

40 for a campsite is a bit more than I wish it would be but still a great place to stop for the night. There's power outlets by the campsites, hot shower, a pool to take a dip. Bring earplugs; the roar of nearby motorists never ceases.
