I brought in my chevy volt to have the Service theft deterrent system light turned off. I was quoted 190. Then they called me and told me that I would have to buy a fob and it would be 420. Then they called me back and let me know that they gave me 10% off bringing the total to 386.33. I also brought the car in because there is a grinding noise when the electric generator turns on. It was written down in the notes on my receipt saying that I wanted it checked out. They did not look at it, comment on it, or fix it. They did, however, charge me 386.33 for a key that I never wanted. The service theft deterrent system light is now off. Also, there was an employee behind the desk with his mask completely down below his chin.

I'm sitting here with my bumper hanging into traffic, crammed in a disorganized mess of vehicles, trying to drop my car off for service. Appointment was for 7am. Its now 7:03 but the entrance is blocked. They apparently block the entrance until around 7am or whenever someone decides to show up for work. Would have been nice if someone had informed me of this practice when I scheduled the appointment. I'd recommend that someone unblock the entrance at least 10 min before the first appointment of the day.

Ahmad AlOmari is a wonderful sales person and simply a good person. He took care of us and was very patient and kind. We came to look at a car and end up purchasing it the same day. I highly recommend him to anyone who is planning on getting a new or used vehicle.

Decided to purchase a vehicle and Ismael assisted me. I felt judged right from the beginning. Still go thru with the purchase because I liked the car, however their greedy finance manager Amad wanted to stick me in a 12% loan with GM when my credit stood in the high 700s, and did not want to offer me any other loan service claiming they are much higher in interest. I also offered a 2.5k down payment (which they didn't seem to want) and they said it will not make a difference and it was best to keep money in my pocket. They called back the next day asking if we were still interested and the best deal they can give us was an 8.8% interest. We decided to up the down payment to 5k to see if that would lower our payments/interest and they were uninterested. Instead they told me someone was coming to look at the car at 4 and that if the person did not purchase it then they will call the bank and see what they can do. Now the car is still sitting there and there was a price drop. They refused to help us and tell us lies. I'm not sure what kind of scam they are running in this place, decided to take my somewhere else. All they want to do it lock you into a high interest rate for their own finance department benefit. Save yourself the trip, there are a lot of other dealers right across the street with better customer service. They seem like a business of crooks.
