I have ordered from the website several times for my store in Michigan. Items always arrive quickly and in good condition. I was missing an item one time and the customer service line shipped me a new one immediately. Great service, great prices, and great selection

Buyers beware! If I could give a zero star I would. We bought a slat wall unit and it turned out that they overcharged us for it. We called them and I spoke to an Andrea who has exhibited the worst customer service skills ever! Andrea the sales agent is rude and not knowledgeable. She saw that we were overcharged and instead of refunding us our money she said we can only do an exchange but I told her we don’t want an exchange and want to be refunded the difference. On the floor display it showed 105 which was confirmed with Kalvin the sales rep but was charge 175, which is a big difference. She would not let me finish my thought and lied and said the owner told her that they cannot honor the price that it was listed for. I’m like what? What sense does that make. Then she went on to say that they’re in the process of changing their prices online and the price online should be greater. But I told her that has nothing to do with me as the customer because the price online shows what I was talking about. They made that mistake. She saw it herself and act like she was confused with what she saw. It showed online 175 for the metal insert slatwall, which is what we did not get. What we got should’ve been cheaper. Because she was so rude I disconnected the call. Then my husband calls and they’re telling him they overcharged us by 5 And they will refund us 10. And then they hurried and changed the prices online. Playing games. I will scream from the mountain tops to everyone who can hear me do not buy from Barr Display they are dishonest people and they are rude!
With these bad reviews,Im hesitant to order. With these sons and grandsmas talking anyhow to people, im reluctant
Got what I was looking for immediately. Customer service was great! *Note* Don't have a sign about Customers wearing masks if your staff does no implement the action as well.

We went there from Miami only to get treated as trash by the sales manager. All I did was ask for a discount and the sales representative threw me to him. The man was huge about 6'5 and uses his size to intimidate, eve when afar kept giving me a dirty look. Go somewhere else where you are treated with respect and dignity.
