I never had the opportunity to attend a class due to an emergency that occurred while on my way to a class I booked online. I called ahead and informed them I could not make it and I would reschedule. Due to unforseen circumstances I couldn't reschedule so I needed to inquire about a refund. Since this past week I have called and called no one answers the phone during business hours, left voicemails, sent emails and have yet to recieve a response in regards to a refund. Needless to say if you have an emergency and have already paid count it as a loss.
