I wish I could give 0 stars. The owner of these restaurants should really contact me. I’ve been coming to your restaurant for over 10 years when you were first located on Colonial as well. To say how some of your employees bring your restaurant down is an understatement. I tip your lazy cashiers every time and I don’t mean 1 or 2 I mean 5 plus dependent on what I order and the fact that one particular person lies about not having a product because she is incapable and too lazy to make it. She should be trying to upsell to make money for the business but instead she drives people away and does not deserve a position there. I justified the price increase due to the quality of the food but at this point for peace of mind going to a cheaper place would be better. Wow the fall of Bon Appetit.

So anyone that knows me knows I use to rep this place hard, never going back again. I ask for another little thing of pikliz and the girl said 33 cent. I replied to her that I had no change on me and she should just charge my card, she said it is a minimum of five dollars to charge a card, mind you I just purchased the Griot and a pate poul. I come here far too often to support the business and support you guys on social media for free to get you more service and you can’t give me a second pikliz on a large griot for free. The BEST Haitian Restaurant in Orlando FL! Exceptional customer service and the food is always delicious. Merise makes me feel like family, very kind and considerate. They move fast, convenient and clean. Positive vibes only at this store, definitely come and get your culture food here; you will not regret. ;-)
