COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY EASIER TO SELL MY CAR!!! The entire process from quote to sale was incredible. Offer was 1800 more than trading in to the dealer where we were purchasing our new electric SUV and completion of the sale took a total of 17 minutes from arrival to funds deposited into my account. I have bought many cars in my life, and I have to say my experience with Carvana was one of the best. Their prices were very much inline or better than most dealers and they had zero dealer fees. They really do inspect the cars thoroughly and are very open about any imperfections. They listed ones that were barely visible on the Fiesta ST we bought my son. They also put new brakes and tires on the car. The transaction went so smoothly and the delivery arrived early. Chris brought us the car and he was very informative and thorough. My son commented on how we wasted more time at dealerships not buying cars than we did getting the one from Carvana. 2 days after our purchase my son noticed a tiny chip in the windshield. They replaced it quickly, no hassle. I will absolutely buy another car from them.

This place is a joke. I had a finalized purchase, signed contracts, and a delivery date and less than 24 hours before my delivery their “system” deletes my contract. I have to start from scratch, find another vehicle, and revert my auto insurance they required I change and provide them a copy prior to my initial delivery. I shouldn’t have to do anything more than what I’ve already done. I’m sure there are plenty of dealers who will do whatever it takes to get my 25k.

Our entire car buying experience with Carvana was AMAZING from start to finish. We traded in a vehicle and purchased using a 3rd party lender and the Carvana team made sure that both transactions ran smoothly. The best part was picking our car up from the Orlando vending machine! Alisa and Jacob were incredible!
