Great experience. Worth the stay. For the water park. But the rooms has mold and pillows and sheets are fifty. I was able to get clean wash cloths and towels but when it came to pillows we never got any and the cleaning service had an attitude. Front desk has the best attitudes in the building. Thank you for trying.

We had a great stay at CoCo Key! A great location on I Drive, easy walking to places to eat and short drives to most entertainment. The water park is central to the resort, with a huge water slide complex and splash park. It has covered pools and a kiddie splash play area. There is a huge arcade, a nice tiki bar and a restaurant too. The building itself is an older style 1970's era type hotel with exterior balcony doors. The place has been rehabbed nicely. The rooms were clean and modern. The air conditioning in our room was amazing! They did seem to skimp on towels and blankets, but after one quick call, the situation was remedied. The general population was about 95% Spanish speaking, so you may want to brush up on Spanish if you don't know a few words here or there, but it was not a problem for us. This place is great for a family vacation!
Hotel was in a great location with tons to do. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel customer service is some of the best iv experienced in a long time. It would have a higher rating but the housekeepers barged into our room 4 times before checkout without knocking, the pool has no safety around the slides and the lifeguards did not do anything.
This hotel was actually very great! I took my daughter her just recently for her birthday and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! The water park was even better and they had everything for the family. The bar was amazing and the front pool is open until 10. The room was good I can’t complain other then the water pressure in the shower was terrible and it took forever for the water to drain.
I really hate to complain, but after our recent stay, I feel compelled to. I am highly disappointed for multiple reasons. Firstly, there were absolutely no chairs in the room. There was a desk... but no chairs. No table. No washcloths. After over 24 hours, they finally offered to swap rooms or bring a chair. When the chair was finally brought to us (my parents are disabled), the staff saw us literally having to eat dinner ON THE BED. He was mortified and found us an outdoor table. Towel rack broke and hit my moms head . We rigged up a clothing line with rope. Aaaand the coffee machine never worked. The property was supposed to be smoke free except for designated areas, but there was blatant smoking everywhere. I also had no idea there would be no microwave. We travel often, and I am not sure I have seen a room with no microwave recently. We purchased a pizza (which was burnt) from the resort, and when my dad and son got out of the pool to eat it, it was cold. My dad had to attempt to heat it with a blow dryer. To top it off, the walls were so thin we could hear the folks behind us arguing and partying all night long. To add to things, I almost stepped in a very LARGE pile of excrement, either canine or human, not sure which, as it was HUGE, as I exited my vehicle right in front of the facility's main entrance. Very very disappointing. The one thing I can compliment is the kindness of the staff. I spent a lot of money to make our stay enjoyable and the resort portion of it was very undesirable.
