I’ve been attending classes at this location since opening and I can see so many changes in my endurance as well as my overall appearance. Love their instructors, they all have the best music choices and this location does some great deals on apparel. Will continue riding here, I’m hooked! I will say I notice a lot of reviews regarding their cancellation policies, I did have a friend that cancelled and it was nothing out of the ordinary. She signed a form which had to be 30 days prior and I think paid her last month, so not sure why so many have issues with this. I find this practice pretty standard across the board no matter what gym I go to

I was hesitant to start working out indoors again and nonetheless in a group setting, however, I feel at ease at this location. They are continuously cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and I tend to choose classes that I know won’t be quite as busy. Overall I’m happy to be able to participate in a group setting again without feeling I’m putting my health at risk
I attended a theme ride with Christie and it was amazing. Energy is incredible. They also sell some pretty cool cycling shoes that I hadn’t seen before along with Lululemon and lots of cool apparel. Awesome to have this in Dr Phillips
The best workouts and such a great group of people at this location. They have so many fun rides. I originally only signed up to ride four times a month but I ended up upgrading my membership because I wanted to ride as much as I wanted
All of the instructors are so fantastic! Love being a part of these classes. Each of them have their own personality and style of class but they are all so incredibly motivating.
I have been waiting for a cycle studio to come to the area for years now and CB Dr Phillips has by far exceeded my expectations! The staff is consistently warm and welcoming and will always call you by name upon entering. The energy and the community that this studio brings truly brings me joy and makes me want to keep coming back for more. I always walk out of every class with a full heart and a smile on my face. This place has brought me so much life and happiness from the start and I couldn’t be more thankful to be apart of something. Not to mention, this workout is FUN and you will have a blast while getting your tail kicked. Would recommend this studio any day of the week!!!! You will not regret it.
My favorite bar in town. Where everyone know your name You are always greeted with a smile and you are not a bike number, they actually know your name. Guest service is so nice and instructors are amazing. They know how to make cycling fun and you get full body workout. I was a member in another location before and I couldn’t wait for them to open Dr. Phillips one, because this one is closer to me. I was afraid that I won’t like this one, but it was worth the wait. They have built awesome community and I love how they support me and my goals. My favorite instructors are Felina and Diego.
I was recruited by the owner to “try out for a low founders price” for the Dr P. Location. The location was not even open, so they made me drive to Heathrow for classes. After 3-4 classes which were awesome, (and an hour drive each way) I asked to cancel my membership. They did not cancel, and charged me 135 TWICE for an additional two months (this was not the price I was Told would be). I was told I cannot cancel and have to go in person to fill out a cancellation notice. Another 2 hours of my day wasted. I was charged a third time even after I submitted my written cancellation notice. Couple of months went by, I got charged yet again 135 for the Dr Phillips location, which I have never been to. I reached Out to the GM Via text letting him know that I was Over charged and if they can adjust it. I was told my concern was sent to the corporate to handle it. They charged me AGAIN 135 with an additional 15 charge and 25 charge. I have NEVER stepped foot into the Dr P location and I am Being over charged for it. They make it impossible to cancel your membership. There is no follow up and no customer service at all. The manager never reached out to me or refunded my money. It is extremely frustrating to deal with them and no one seems to know what is going on.
