I went to Defy Orlando on March 6th for my first time because I had been wanting to go to an extreme trampoline park like this for years! They have black airtracks where you can tumble/flip, super tramps, mega tramps, the free court, obstacles, cool shirts you can buy, and an awesome flight crew. Only complaint from me was that it was packed but what do you expect lol. It's a great place for trickers and gtrampers to train and send some cool flips. Hope to visit it again sometime maybe :)

So much fun! Great workout too. You can use the lockers for free. Everyone working there is so friendly and helpful. The jumpers are really respectful and courteous to one another. Everyone wore masks the entire time. They need to have just one person working on cleaning -it’s really dirty, everywhere. I thought the price was a real value.

The experience overall was fun as usual but we got there at 445 our start time. Didn’t get started until 515 because check in was very delayed. I understand issues that arise. But there was a birthday party attendant manning a station with no line that could just look over and pitch in. Would go along way. Regardless the kids loved it. Be more efficient ppl.

Hands down the best trampoline park in the Orlando area. If you can get one of their coupon card specials they have around the holidays, you can't beat it. It's an enjoyable experience for the whole family! I just wish they had another one on the East side of town.

Friendly staff, we had a great time. The only thing I didn’t like was that they make you buy THEIR socks, you can’t bring grip socks that you already have in your home. That’s an extra 3 per person! My family is of 7!! For the rest, I liked it and the kids enjoyed it as well!

Brought my kids and nephews and they had a great time! I like how they keep track of jumping times by colored bands, everyone is required to wear a mask, and temperature checks are done prior to entering and if you exit the building and re-enter. Only downside is they only had vending machines for beverages and food and the machines don't take the Defy gift cards (we received gift cards for entry and food for Christmas). Parents/Guardians can get an "Observer" band if they don't want to jump and there are various spots throughout to sit and chill.

I brought my 12 yr old and 2 year old for her bday. They both had a blast. Except for one little girl about 6 yrs old kept making my baby fall on purpose by jumping extra close to her. The staff didn’t seem to care so I said something to the little girl and she went away. The price is super affordable. And to get my kids energy out is a plus.

I had a great experience at defy Orlando today. My kids had a very good time and we plan to come and visit again. One of the people at the front who checked me had very great customer service. I think he told me his name was Jonathan. I can’t remember lol. But I really appreciate how helpful he was. You guys should look into making him a manager. I definitely give this place a 5 star. Definitely will be coming back soon
