Amazing customer service. Manager on duty ( I believe Marco was his name) was able to politely handle an escalation over room keys for a customer who wasn’t verified. At the same time he delegated his staff members to handle our Mobile check in pickup in a fast and pleasant manner. Great skills to have giving an escalation full attention while allotting service to others!

So far so good. First time staying dockside came last time to Surfside for a bachelorette party... They have a beautiful heated pool beach style walk in fountains for the little ones and a poolside bar...order right from your chairs with just a scan of your phone. We're booked already to come back in a month.
