Was in Orlando visiting when I received notification my BMW was in need of an oil change. Fields BMW South Orlando was able to get my vehicle in quickly for service on such short notice. They were very cordial and prompt! Was very pleased with their car wash service! Their attention to detail was better than the car dealership I bought my X5 from in Maryland. ;-) Due to their excellent service, I had a smooth and comfortable ride all the way back home (MD). My BMW needs some mechanical repairs. Staff is very helpful and professional. Dealership is very clean. Not the cheapest, but owning and operating such a nice car has its costs. Get repairs done properly and pay the man. Best to call and set up an appointment

Not our first experience at Fields. While the first purchase experience was great, this time around it was memorable. We sincerely did not know what to expect of a car purchase with this whole Covid thing - but boy - did God bless us with sending us Cinthia. It first started with a test drive, when late in the day - AND IN THE RAIN - Cinthia brought the test drive to our house. Cinthia's personable and investigative friendly service, guided us towards a different car. She took the time to explain the benefits of the large car, it's certification and warranty. This also led to lower interest rate and an absolute gem of a payment we could afford. Bottom line - Cinthia cared and persisted - and got us more car, better warranty and certified through BMW! All at a super low interest rate and amazing payment! To further expand, Cinthia held our hand through text messages, lots of follow through and keeping us excited, informed and optimistic at all times. With her, we felt like - this is a done deal - yet, NEVER felt the typical pressure and desperation we have felt in many other transactions in the past.
