We stopped by FL Auto a few months ago to get air in our tires (purchased from a different shop) Nathan left such a good impression that we came back today and got the car serviced. I have a matt blue 98 civic daily / audio car. The cars extreamly old and means alot to me and alot of the bigger jobs like timing belt, water pump, full brake rebuild i cant do myself. Fl auto service & sales have been extremely good to me and my old car taking way more time and attention to detail then i ever expected with a more then reasonable price making sure the job gets done correctly. I'll definitely be coming back soon to slam the car and do the exhaust .

On September 7, I went to FL Auto Service & Sales for an oil and filter change service. Within a few days while driving at night, the oil light came on. I stopped as soon as I could at a gas station, I checked the engine and I saw that there was an oil leak through the filter and also, when measuring the oil, the dipstick did not show anything. I added 1 quart to it and so it turned off the warning light. The next day, I called the mechanic and explained what had happened, but before taking the vehicle to be checked (already with the engine cold), I was able to verify that the filter was indeed very loose. Upon arrival and after completing 3 quarts the mechanic said that \it was not because of the filter that all the oil was spilled.\ Despite this, the oil leak persisted for another day and I had to go back again, this time, to have the filter replaced. This is how the oil leak was stopped. As of today, the engine has not leaked oil again and the level remains within normal limits. In my opinion, the leak could have been caused by two things: poor filter installation (inadvertently), or the filter was defective at the factory. Anyway, in the end, I ended up paying for a simple oil change: 60.47 - Oil and filter change service .............................. 38.00 - 1 Qt. at gas station for leak ................................. 5.85 - 3 Qts. extras for leak ......................................... 16.62 What should I expect about it?.... I lost a little money, but they lost a client.
