This place was horrible, no real ice skating the kids are basically walking on the skates they have, nothing is included everything is extra, the rooms for the parties are tiny and the one hour is not enough at all. Everything is outdated, the bathrooms didn’t even have paper towels to dry hands, the rooms horribly divided with an ugly sheer curtain. The owner was walking around without a mask on, the pizza was brought out from a microwave since it was so soggy, the service in the front was not good, they’re rushing from one party to the next since they only book within 30 minutes of other parties, for the money you are paying here which is over 500 for one hour go literally anywhere else! The only helpful person here was the “party host” which was extremely helpful since we only had one hour to set up, sing happy birthday, eat pizza and then leave. Absolutely horrible do not recommend.

This place was fun because my kids and my friends had a blast on the skating ring after my daughter party. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back and I strongly recommend this for families.

Came here with my family to do an escape game on Easter sunday, as we are nerds and love checking out different escape game places throughout the state, we are pretty “seasoned” as to how the escape games work, we got a brief explanation and was sent into the room, first off the “game master” isn’t always there to help and asking for a hint takes multiple times of asking, the video inputs for the back story is very laggy and can’t understand anything on the video, the speaker in the room is horrible and you can barely hear them on the other end, the escape game itself had no point and just a TON of random items stuffed in, we ended up walking out after not getting responses from the game master over the speaker, the place is horrible and way to overprice, after our experience we decided to go online and check out the reviews as this was a last minute decision on our part and did not look at the reviews ahead of time, the 5 start reviews they have are clearly faked and my best guess is they will be shut down in the next 6 months, save your money...

This is a completely new arena, I wanted to get my Nephew & his friends to do something different from the usual, it was a last min party booking as I had just found out they had opened up recently, glad they took it. I got the Extreme Fun Package, which is extremely reasonable price & BOBO BALLOONS, like who in the area is doing that it was mesmerizing something very different from the traditional also the set-up is sort of a lounge so instead of the room its a designated themed area, very nice concept. The theme we chose was blue and red, everything happened in a timely and calm manner, our Party Host was great. The mascot came to the cake cutting. The kids had a blast at doing all activities. I wish you guys all the best, Thank you for making my child's birthday the best.

Good place for some family fun. My kids really enjoyed themselves. The staff was friendly and patient even though it became busy. As time went on we ended up having the place to ourselves and the staff even skated with my daughter and played the VR game with her. Pizza could have been better but overall we enjoyed ourselves. Oh and you HAVE to get the churro sticks, they were amazing!
