My favorite music store in Orlando for sure because they have everything imaginable correlated to music and the employees are amazing their knowledge is extensive and they are very welcoming and friendly. The two employees that stuck out the most to me because of their amazing customer service just going above and beyond to assist me have been Sam and Mitch I remember their names because they did such a amazing customer service and I have been in that field of work for 17 years. those two are amazing assets to the company, definitely give them a raise promotion and paid vacation **. Second trip**. They are so amazing at George's Music! Rebecca, Mitch, Sam, Mike. Everyone went above and beyond to fix my guitar due to some unforseen circumstances when it was purchased. They made sure it was completely perfect and corrected the situation flawlessly. I would refer this place to Everyone. Amazing people

I am incredibly pleased with the advice of my sales associate, Trevor, and the quality of the products I purchased for my granddaughter! Trevor’s guidance in selecting an acoustic guitar for my granddaughter’s tenth birthday was priceless! His suggestions were reasonably priced and I felt confident I was making a good decision. After doing some further research I was able to confirm I was getting an excellent product at a very good price. My favorite part is I felt like he was genuinely interested in setting my granddaughter up for success! George’s Music continues to be the top of the line, go to store for me and my family! Thank you for carrying quality instruments, like the Fender guitar I purchased, and fostering the creativity of the next generation of musicians!

I went to George’s Music store today looking for an amp upgrade, Mitch helped me over the phone and I stopped by. I must say all of their employees are very helpful, they know what they’re doing and talking about. You can’t go wrong with shopping here, ask them just about anything related to music and instruments and In sure they’ll have an answer for you. Thank you Mitch! Definitely coming by again
