My experience was amazing way better than I anticipated. Allen Cobanogullari was my salesman and he was incredible from the start. He addressed my needs and got me into the vehicle I wanted. He was straight forward and gave me a stress-free experience. Troy was also very helpful and the finance department. They also offered great customer service and walked me through our contract step by step. So I buy a brand new 2019 f250 platinum after I took it home three days later I looked under and found that it was rusted (like a used vehicle would have) when I contacted the dealer they told me that this was normal so I contacted ford directly they told me they were going to look at it and maybe fix it under the warranty but they came back with the same thing there wasn’t going to be covered by warranty I don’t think this is normal Recently I bought it a brand new 2017 F250 platinum I had that one for about one year and it was fine so I don’t think it’s normal but when I contacted them they rejected the warranty and they offer me a repair that I was going to pay for myself So my advice when you’re buying a car look under it because they will fix it if you didn’t sign the contract yet learned from my experience and I bought an 82,000 truck rusted underneath. I should’ve just kept my 2017 That it was in way better condition!

Tony is an awesome service advisor, very polite, happy, attentive, and extremely helpful. A manager was checking to see if anyone in the service waiting area needed anything and she actually picked up a table and chair and moved it for me, very much appreciated! Bret Riffle was (once again, as he always is) SUPER helpful in walking me through everything that had changed and upgraded in the past 3 years. He worked hard to find me the EXACT 2019 Escape I was hoping to get, and made sure he was with us every step of the way in dotting all the i's and crossing all the t's of this new lease (with a great monthly price point too)!
