I wish i could give it 6 stars. Absolutely great service, especially from Alberto and Ayoub, they treated us like family. Very relaxed setting. Gave us a great deal on a perfect car. Not only this, but they gave us a full tank of gas and a free oil change! Thank you!

Monsoor our sale rep, was knowledgeable, willing to answer all of our questions. He wasn't pushy, and worked with us to get to our price. He went above and beyond by cleaning the car and putting gas when the rest of team had already gone home. I'd definitely work with him again if we ever need another car in the future.

I am so happy with my new car and with getting help from Rachel Moore, Sales Associate at Kia West. I had a horrible experience with Kia North, but I wanted a Kia so I decided to go to Kia West to try getting a car again. Rachel was very empathetic with how my previous experience went and bent over backwards to try to make this experience completely different. Which she succeeded, she was such a pleasure to work with. It is very true when people say dealing with a woman salesperson instead of a man is so much better. I never felt pressured, I was in control the entire time, I never felt talked down to, or told that I was wrong. Please if you want to buy a Kia, go to Kia West and ask for Rachel Moore. She will make sure you get exactly what you want and the experience you deserve.

I had three family members and a friend I referred to them. Everything was good except for the last two I dealt with a Salesman name Chris he lied about the referral program stating they don’t give a hundred dollar referral anymore. I spoke with a gentleman in finance and another salesman who stated they still do it. Then he lied to my niece about filling her vehicle up with gas saying he doesn’t have a gas card, The finance guy had to fill her new vehicle up after see went back to see gChris several times and he claimed he was still waiting on his gas card. I definitely will not be referring anyone else to them. Then he lied to about the value of my car with Kelly Blue saying it was only worth 12000 when I already had checked Kelly Blue Book and it should my vehicle worth 15000 and I showed him and then he had nothing to say. Once I left he called back trying to offer me more money for my vehicle. I told him I’ll go somewhere else. 02/24/21 After I called to speak with a manager regarding the salesman Chris called me instead of the manager calling me Chris stated that the manager told him to call me instead. I told Chris what the issue was then he started raising his voice stating that I’m trying to make him look bad. I told him I was trying to let his manager aware of how he’s treating their customers. Chris continued to raise his voice at me then he hung up on me.

THEY ALSO TAKE FOREVER TO PAY OFF YOUR TRADE. BUYER BEWARE. BAD SNEAKY BUSINESS. THEN WHEN YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR NEW 2020 KIA, THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY WILL GET YOU INTO SOMETHING NEW & JUST SHOP YOUR CREDIT AROUND TO GET A NEW LOAN. INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY RESOLVING THE ISSUE. GOOD THING I HAVE RECEIPTS!
