This was my first root canal, and the staff at Innovative Endodontics made the whole experience easy. The staff and Dr. Ballagas took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. They were very patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was way easier and quicker than I expected!

Super sweet staff, made me feel like family. Wish they could be my general dentist. High tech, modern equipment. My root canal work was better than I have ever had done. So very happy to have Dr Ballagas as my Endodontist . Her assistant is Estrella, loved her kind ways. All of her staff, i loved them all! Both Dr. Ballagas and my hygienist, Estrella, were wonderful during my appointment. On a referral for a possible root canal, it was clear after an x-ray and a few tests it needed to be done. After much reassurance, walking me through the procedure, and letting me know it would be fast, precise, and done right then and there, they made it happen. Estrella was stellar at calming me down during the initial numbing, and Doctor worked quickly, administering more novocaine when necessary, talking about what was happening to ease my fears, and quite literally helped save a tooth. Thank you to everyone at the facility! Highly recommended

Dr Ballagas was absolutely amazing! Her entire team treated me extremely well, the office was very very clean and I was in and out in no time. Estrella did an excellent job explaining the procedure to me and making sure I stayed relaxed. Definitely recommend!
