Called to help locate a leak in a very difficult area, spent 2 hours searching only to guess incorrectly where it was leaking. If I followed their advice it would have required reframing a load bearing wall...but felt their expert Tony wasn't sure of anything. 325 later his \location service\ incorrectly located the leak in the wrong spot...over 5 ft away from actual location. I found it by simply pushing on drywall, it was very obvious the wall was spongy, and started punching holes in the walls till I found it. See the images. I told Brett via text he didn't find the leak, and sent photos showing him where the leak was. No refund offered, no apology, and I am out 325 for a service that was rendered useless in finding a leak. UPDATE after reply from business. NO REFUND received. I included a screenshot of the TEXT I sent clearly telling them it was inaccurately located. It wasn't copper (iron stains on PEX). Clearly we can see from photos and communication who's story is accurate.

Brett was very attentive in making sure he thoroughly inspected everything to find where the leak was. It was very hidden and difficult to find, but he was able to do so. The company was very professional, communicated when they were in route, explained the findings and provided a report in a timely manner. They provided the report for the insurance company as part of a claim.
