Royal Pacific is like a fairytale. It is like being at an island in the Pacific with its lush foliage and waterfalls. Live, fragrant orchids are everywhere inside the hotel. Customer Service is top notch. Even with COVID restrictions, you want for nothing. I love that you can text customer service with any kind of request and they respond back to you very quickly. I would rate this resort 5 Star/Diamond. We will be staying here again!

This hotel was absolutely stunning and we will be staying here again! We visited during COVID but felt very safe during our stay the hotel and room was very clean. We stayed at the club level and greatly enjoyed the complimentary beverages/snack and meals/dessert (provided at certain times). One of the employees we absolutely loved she always knew what we wanted and had it ready for us, I wish I could remember her name so I could give her the proper recognition she deserves ️ This hotel also includes the unlimited fast pass which was so useful! We also stayed during the weekday which was amazing because the hotel was quiet throughout the day and at the food hall.

There Were Really Nice Employees And Security Guards At This Stunning Hotel When I Went Last Week For 3 Days! The Pool Was Very Clean And Really Big So That Was Awesome. . We Went To This Hotel During The Coronavirus Pandemic But Everything Was Placed Out (2 Meters) 6 Feet Apart And Things Were Always Being Cleaned Often In The Hotel! When We Looked Out The Window On Our Hotel Room There Is Always A Pool View!! It Is Very Pretty, Comfort, And Scenic Outside. I Look Forward To Coming Back To This Park Next Year And The The Royal Pacific Next February Of 2022. Thank You And Stay Safe And Healthy!!!

Angelo, at the front desk, Carolina, in the Club Lounge and Sondra & Aleli at the bar were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and delightful. The botanical aspect of the resort was absolutely breathtaking. The resort was very clean and well maintained. The Pacific islands theme was gorgeous with all of the tropical plants, woodwork and architecture. The restaurants and shops were very accommodating. The sushi (super fresh) was our favorite! Literally a 5 minute walk or 10 minute boat ride from the Universal parks. Parking and navigating the area was simple. I highly recommend this resort and can't wait to return!

The resort was very clean and was constantly being disinfected. Plenty of space at the pool but not a lot to do. Our room was very nice. The bathroom however was not! There's only one door and it doesn't lock, the sink backed up, and the floor flooded with water every time someone showered. Update... I sincerely appreciate your response and I will certainly consider staying with you again.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic. We had a seamless experience from start to finish. Parking was convenient, walking/water taxi to and from the parks were so easy to navigate and really beautiful. The hotel staff were knowledgeable, kept us comfortable and were all very welcoming. I would stay there again the next time we travel to Universal!

The lobby and sushi bar have been updated in the past 2 seasons. Pics attached. Coffee is still a nightmare to get every morning. They only serve it in the new tuk tuk market so the place is jam packed. Your looking at 20 to 30 min wait if u go at normal coffee times. A small is also 6. Hotel is clean and requires masks everywhere unless u are sitting eating or drinking. U can also remove masks when seated at the pool. It's a 15min walk to the parks which is a huge bonus. On site restaurants are just OK so check the menus before u come City walk and the parks are closing early every day due to covid so check those times as well.

Checked in on 3/4 and checking out on 3/8. So far we are very pleased with the resort, staff, cleanliness, and Covid safety measures they are taking. Fully enjoying our stay so far. Will update if it changes, but would definitely stay here again even if we weren’t visiting the parks.
