Kyle Corbin is amazing! This is the second vehicle he has sold to us in the last year. He is diligent and very thorough and pays attention to each minute detail. He has personally delivered our vehicles personally to our home to prevent us from having to come to the dealership in these COVID times, and both times we had a trade in and he assured us we would receive premium credit for our trades. Their service manager, Chris, and salesman, Hector, turned our unfortunately expensive Mercedes repair bill into a trade in for a newer used luxury vehicle. R.J. was very helpful in the finance department, as well. We had a lovely chat with Dominic, the general manager. In addition, their VIP program is above and beyond expectations. Visited this Mercedes dealership for the first time to get my car serviced and I couldn’t not recommend this location enough! The employees (specifically James) was incredibly friendly, prompt, and got us in and out as quickly as possible! Loved that they had complimentary wifi & coffee so we could sit and get work done while we waited. They even offer a shuttle service (which we didn’t use) but was a great option to have!
