Outstanding doctor, after the pandemic turned our world around and losing insurance, we were told medicaid would not be accepted, however I called up this morning, for I am in the process of guardianship for my oldest. I was told by Susan we probably can't get daughter in before her 18th birthday but we could get her records diagnosis, get her a appointment to do follow up with the best medical psychologist ever, great human being great caring and helpful. We were told to reach out to the pediatrician to send out referrals for both children to be restablish as new patients due to insurance issues we had to seek someone else. Am over the moon though when Susan said Dr. Westerveld is taking the Staywell insurance yay. I only have high recommendations on Dr. Westerveld, if you are building yourself a team he is the one to go to for help. I trust in our current situation we will be provided outstanding services and matters will be addressed.
