Have tried to visit this place twice and both times we drove an hour for nothing. Was told we could not make a reservation and that there would maybe be a slight wait. An HOUR AND 45 MIN is NOT a 'slight' wait. Was very excited to try this place but will never come again. Do NOT waste your time!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. Had a two hour wait to just to be seated and receive our food which came out cold. There were customers after us who ordered, who received our food before we did (same exact meals we ordered too). No waiter/cashier came to apologize for the wait or give an excuse, we had to approach them and were met with an attitude. This experience definitely made this place lose its magic. Extremely overrated restaurant, there are other anime themed locations in Orlando I recommend going to over this one!
Amazing place, I've been meaning to come visit for a while, and it lived up to the expectations I made from other friends that came here. There is a bit of a wait but you can make the reservation ahead of time I believe. It was definitely worth the wait, the food was delicious and the specialty drinks were unique and fun. The decor itself offers plenty of photo ops and I watched the crew clean and disinfect each table and chair whenever someone left. I can't wait to come back and try their other menu items
Outstanding experience. The bao flight was delicious. The vegetable one will surprise you! I don't usually love tofu....I loved this. Ichiraku was worth every second of the wait. Speaking of waiting, expect to do a lot of it if you go on weekends. Also weekend specific is that only appetizers are available for to go orders. Ambiance and wall art give you plenty to look at and really bring the theme together.
Excellent food and great service, and a fun atmosphere! My oldest boys who are big fans were in heaven and gave the experience a 5/5.
