They cancelled my pickup order without sending me any notice whatsoever and they still charged my PayPal account. I drove all the way here to find out that they never picked my order because it was cancelled for some reason so I had to call their 800 number. Called the 800 number only for them to have the audacity to ask for another credit/debit card to complete the same order again despite them already taking money from my PayPal for the order. Needless to say, I cancelled everything and hopefully, I get my money back into my PayPal account within 7-10 business days like they claimed so I don’t ever have to deal with this company ever again.

Horrible experience so rude and unprofessional way to treat customers Be aware of their service 2.50 on top of 50cents copy Not minimum 2.50 What a ribbed off way to make Diffine (I believe is the manager, she took off so fast and hiding her name, I asked the cashier she said she doesn’t know her name ?!?) Instead of explain my question she was rudy told that I have to pay that total 4.80 for a copy I first email to the self service, they said I have to email to their different one then they can charge 2.50 Office Max needs to retrain their staffs and treat customers better
