Tommy and his team of VSO's are really nice and proficient. The secretary, on the other hand is lazy and rude. I called to ask a simple question that really she should have been able to answer, as a secretary who has been there for probably a long length of time at least two years referring to another review of her \service.\. You know, she should learn as much as she can because secretaries are supposed to have GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! You're not supposed to say \I'm just a secretary. We're about to close for the day for training. You have to call tomorrow.\ in a harsh tone of voice. She needs to be fired. I will be glad to take over, since I am a veteran. If it weren't for HER I'd give this place a 5 star rating. Once she is replaced I will definitely give a 5 star rating. Either learn your stuff or leave.

Great place in Orlando to get help with Va disability claims without paying. Fast service and not crowded. There are computers and printer available to the public in the building.

Staff are courteous and really know what they are doing. If they can help you they will.

If you need someone that will really take the time and help you with your VA claim this is the office will help you to a certain point. You have to be patient cause it takes time. I do want to advise you that you have to be mindful that there are many VSO's and you will have to keep searching to find someone that will really take the time and truly help you with your VA claim. Not all Veteran Service Organization's are going to give you the attention you deserve. Hold them accountable or find someone who is willing to check up on you and make sure you have gathered the evidence you need to file a claim in a timely manner. I advise all veterans to make sure you have all of your medical records from every medical treatment facilities because the VSO's are not always going to dig for information. You might get one that just doesn't know enough or gives you 50% effort.
