The receptionist that answered the phone was very confrontational and angry. I asked to speak to someone else who was very helpful and got my appointment in. The appointment requirements are very daunting, a lot of paperwork and no rescheduling if you miss the criteria (confirmation, appointment window). Hopefully the MD is considerate during the office visit.

I have been desperately seeking resources for professional help for many years. After reaching out to NAMI I was eventually led here, and when I called I got someone who cut me off in the middle of speaking to tell me they are just an answering service and to call back. I understand this is the holiday season and the person on the phone may be limited in what they can do but there was no empathy, or concern for the severity/urgency of my situation. They simply cut me off, and said try again after the 28th. I will continue seeking the help I need elsewhere.

This work place is really bad when I came they said they had moved me to a another day but I still got the email the doctors are terrible at their work this is my original review of what it was like for me also it wasted lots of my time doing to wait for a couple of hours for it
