This is a wonderful home for our loved ones that need extra help in their golden years. The staff is dedicated kind and loving. The food is full of fruits and vegetables and delicious. Physical therapy department is patient and thoughtful to all. The Social Service department is outstanding responsible, respectful and diligent. The administration is stable and constant. The CNA’s are warm and friendly. The Director of nursing and all of the nursing staff our reliable professional courteous. They have a wound care nurse on seven days a week. The activities Department does a wonderful job to entertain the residents and visitors. The facility is extremely clean, sterile and beautifully decorated. There are staff members that have been at this facility for 20 years. They care for their extended family members and they care about the facility and that is why they stay. I highly recommend Palm Garden Health and rehabilitation Center- this is one of the most beautiful nursing homes that I have visited and I have visited about five or six before I knew I finally found a jewel in the bunch.

I would give zero Stars if I could. My mother went they're right after the hospital stay for therapy. She started acting looping saying weird things. Acting like she was talking to a virus on her phone when I talked to her and asking if I am real or not. Saying there is never going to be a tomorrow. One of The last text I have she said must of had a infection because they were giving her a pee test blood work and antibiotics. When I picked her up from there, the never gave her any paperwork or the remaining pills they were giving her in there. Like all the other rehabilitations I had to pick her up from before and got discharged from. They won't call me back so I can get her records I left a voicemail and nothing. My mother died a day and half after leaving there but not before I had to call a ambulance.my mom's last words to me were help me and I couldn't even help her in time died twice to the point they had to try to keep her alive on a ventilator at 100% . All her organs shut down and she couldn't even pee she was already turning yellow the last time I ever saw her.Clearly something was wrong with her .They sent her home to die. So sad I had to lose my mother due to negligence. My mother past 4 day's ago
