I recommend PNC to anyone who needs help with a Logo ir a Website! We didn't start the best way but sure Hope Marshall made it all right! They will do the impossible to make your vision an ideas come to life!

I searched the web to find a site where I could get a musician logo created for my personal use and I tried PNC Logos first. I didn't exactly know what I was looking for, but I had an Idea of what I wanted. So I described it the best I could, I chose some colors, I chose some styles and I uploaded some samples of what I was interested in and in the end everything came out great. Thanks
To start the service is great. They will do the designs for logos in a timely manner. After approval is given to move into other steps, the communication stops. You will call, message, email and no response. The customer service they had years ago and the follow through has diminished. Time is money and trust dealing with this company will leave you at great inconvenience and monies out of pocket. Due to no response and you already paid for the service you will end up paying for the job to get done with some who has better representative in resent times and no refund from this company as they take no calls, responds or emails etc. At this point I am awaiting my refund. Not interested in any free service or items offer. I would like to be done at this point with this company. Update 01/26/2021 I finally received my cards, I was informed it was sent 2wks before it was sent in reality. Once received the cards are all defective, not cut properly. Cards are larger on one side and smaller on the other side
My experience with PNCLogos has been interesting, to say the least. I rebranded my business and reached out to this company to create a logo which came out Amazing! Then I got business cards which are nice as well as social media presence (Etsy & FB banner, new profile photos). Then I had them make me labels. I had 183 labels made. They messed up so many times that I got a 100% refund. Next, I had them make me a website which was another not so good experience. 3 years later after many more miscommunications, mistakes, time wasted and setbacks on both sides my website is finally done. I’m still going through correcting their errors. Some of the work still isn't finished or has wrong info, missing info, etc. They had estimated my website would be done in 4-6 weeks but it was done 3 years later. They said 500 product listings were included in the website but when it was time to enter the 277 products I had to pay an extra 349. That wasn't professional. It's a beautiful website, don't get me wrong. The person who actually designed it no longer works there but I give that credit to him. PNCLogos made some of their mistakes up by offering me 5 bonuses that they usually charge for. I was grateful for that. I was also given a 150 credit from Barry, the manager, for all the trouble after the labels. Which I used for 1 year hosting with them. I appreciate their taking responsibility and making up for their mistakes. But, I cannot recommend this company for label making or website creation. They could use help in the communication department as well as time management. I would however, highly recommend this company for making logos which they are pretty great at! I LOVE my logo.
I was absolutely blow away when I first seen my website Haseeb’s team built for my company. I don’t know all his team names but I would like to say thank you guys. I get so many compliments about my site. From logo design, website building to search engine optimizing. This team know their stuff. Happy I choose them.
