Where do I began? First the main lady Mary is amazing! I believe she in the only one- she is professional and great at her job but unfortunately she didn’t handle my rental. I moved out of my rented house a month ago and just got a email today over 30 days later that my deposit was mailed out in the 29th of January! She didn’t mention the amount or give me details of what the owner was requesting. I left that house in perfect condition- looks brand new! She now tells me to wait for the report in the mail- but with all this technology really??? Not to mention when my a/c went out for a entire week in summer they only gave me a credit for the days out abs didn’t even pay for my hotel stay! I’m taking this company to court as this has to stop! I wish I was still in Florida I would start a petition! This company treats the owners like Greek gods and the tenants like servants! Karma comes back even in business! They have to sleep at night with this!

We being with Dallas Wittish since 2015 she has been a very professional property manager. Any issue or maintenance concern has been quickly and easily handled. She is incredible and accessible and has a great team of sub-contractors who have taken care of everything immediately I highly recommended Orlando Property Management.

If I could give this company 0 starts believe me I would. This company is super unprofessional, not responsive, and at this point it feels like they have the option of email and phone number just to look like they care (which they don't). My dad had called Saturday to schedule a viewing for said house and he spoke with Jay Myers so they said to go on Tuesday at 5pm. On Monday I called to confirm and no one answered so I left a voicemail, the next day I called at around 1pm to confirm us going at 5 and the man (Which he wouldn't give me his name) said that they had called my dad to reschedule for 2:45 (Which they hadn't). Later he corrected me saying that the agent is actually called Joey Myers which is not the name that appears in the listing. We decided to go even though it messed up our plans big time, we received two calls at 2:04 and 2:07 with no voicemails left and we called back at 2:07 and 2:08 with no answer, I called when we were on our way to the house at 2:13 and again no answer. I received a text message at 2:17 saying that the agent had to cancel the showing which was incredibly frustrating. I called again from my phone and from a phone that we hadn't called from and again no answer! They contradict themselves as well because on their website it says that the house is furnished but on another listing that they posted it says that the house is unfurnished which is a big thing to know. I emailed one of the agents that I had questions about the listing and no answer, I called said agent, and left a voicemail and obviously haven't gotten a call back! I left a voicemail with the MANAGER and again NO CALL BACK! Just avoid this company as best as you can please. This company has made it waste so much time please avoid them at all costs.

I inquired about a property and received a call on a Friday afternoon to schedule a showing. He tried to get us to view it at 9:45 on a Monday but we both work during the day so I gave him a list of days & times that would work for us and he said he would call me right back. On Tuesday, I gave up on that return call and called the office. The lady who answered said said they were no longer managing that property but she would find who was and text the information to me. That didn't happen. On Saturday, I noticed that their name was still on the listing and called back. This time, a not so professional guy said they did have the listing and scheduled an appointment. Sunday, I found another home of interest that was listed with them. I messaged them to find out if was still available and, of course, never heard back. After this experience then reading the reviews this seems to be par for the course, I'm cancelling the viewing and looking elsewhere.

We stayed at champion gate we have never had a better experience the house was brand new beautiful me and my family love it so much when we arrived her we had a boat and the guard wouldn't let it in and Jennet and her husband made sure we had a safe place for our boat they definitely went above and beyond and also got us ar beautiful bask and some waters we will using Jennet and her company again 10 out of 10 recommend
