Blown away by our room in the reserves at Vista cay. There was a little miscommunication with late checkout and cleaning service came back and forth to our door 3x after speaking with them each time and calling the front desk. (This partly defeated the purpose of a late checkout, because now I was awake! Lol ) the front desk apologized. And called to let us know that ascendant holidays group payed for the 75 late fee! (Which definitely helped with my frustration at the time) in the end, we will return for more than a night to get a full experience of Vista cay and their accommodations, which I have high hopes will be above average.
