Absolutely love the studio, instructors and staff at Lake Nona! The rides are different enough to not be mundane but you know you’re getting a great workout for your money. With COVID, they have taken extra precautions to ensure cleanliness and safety is within protocol which makes the rides more enjoyable and stress free. Definitely worth it!

Energy is amazing. Music is perfect! There is a cycle pro that fits everyone’s personality! I always hated working out but LOVE to dance. This cycle class is the mix of both!! Truly life changing for me to enjoy my workout surrounded by amazing motivational people! Jim is always so pleasant and his customer service is like no other! You can always see the smile in his eyes since you know.. masks Rukus is my family now!!
Super cool studio and concept!! Staff and owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. Awesome place to burn some calories that isn't the boring 'ol gym Also, they have lululemon gear up front for sale!
I love this place so much! Jim, the owner, is one of the nicest people you could ever meet and he’s always willing to help with anything you need. The entire staff are all very friendly and engaging and they all motivate you to do your best during every workout. I would highly recommend Rukus to anyone looking to get a great, uplifting workout every time!
Justin was awesome!! Everyone from entering to leaving was great!! Super clean and very organized! Husband and 1st time and can’t wait to go again!
