Can't say enough good stuff about the compassion & professionalism of all the staff. They went above & beyond to make sure I understand everything that was being done & why. I am a very appreciative patient with lots of oral issues. I feel confident in the work that is being done to my teeth. Thank you!!

I love the work that my dental hygienist Erika Servantes does with my teeth, she is so funny, she has so much patience and she is so direct. I just love it.

I had my first visit with this office yesterday and was completely blown away! The staff was courteous and helpful. Very organized and super clean. Just when I thought my experience could not get any better, Dr. Romero comes in and completely elevated my expectations when visiting a Dentist. She was kind, very knowledgeable, super professional and had a sense of humor. WOW! What a combination to have in a Dentist. Thank you Sage Dental for a truly magical experience! See you soon!

I am so disappointed with Sage. They really failed us. My husband was in an incredible amount of pain from a tooth infection. Their lack of care and help for him was really astonishing. At his cleaning appointment he complained of pain to hygienist and was told “I don’t see any sign of infection, I don’t think that’s what’s causing you pain” when he asked to see a dentist he was told there were not any in that day because his appointment was only for a cleaning. What dentist office doesn’t have a dentist present?! They then made him an appointment for WEEKS later. After his pain got worse the next week he demanded and x ray and they should have told him he needed an extraction immediately and helped him make an appointment for one. Instead they just sent him on his way with some pain meds. This was just the final straw of all sorts of problems we had with this place. I am LIVID. Do not go here.

I just got back from this place and I can say without a doubt that I will NEVER go back. After reading the recent reviews on here, I can see that many have had the same experience. I will copy and paste one of the recent reviews because they did the same to me. "Deceptive practice. They denied to do a regular cleaning that is the one cover by the insurance because they said that what I need is a deep cleaning that cost like 360 and is not covered by the insurance" My experience was close. They told me I need a special gums cleaning, not a deep cleaning, and that it would cost 160. Also, they said I have 5 cavities. I used a different dentist 6 months ago that told me my gums and teeth were perfect! So Sage is saying that within 6 months I developed 5 cavities and gums that need special treatment....what a joke!

Would give 0 stars if i could. The staff is well-intentioned but totally incompetent. I have had three interactions with this office and will never return. I was charged an absurd amount considering that I have health and dental insurance. I assume there is very little communication between the doctors and the front desk, because the doctor would assure me that the insurance was covering the procedure, when I got to the front desk there was magically a charge. I informed the doctor that I need my wisdom teeth removed, but the strange schedule with the oral surgeon made it impossible for me to be seen. She proceeded to do the fillings anyway, which aggravated my wisdom tooth, and now there is no oral surgeon available for months. I have severe dental anxiety and asked if they could please walk me through what they’re doing while they’re doing the fillings. The doctor responded to me “You have a tattoo,” so why am I afraid of fillings? A very comforting statement. My last visit should’ve been free as I was returning due to a complication after my fillings, but there was a magical 90 balance that I paid. If you have dental anxiety, need wisdom teeth removed, or want any kind of guidance this is not the place for you.

I’d give this place 5 stars but I received false information over the phone and was told my insurance covered 100% of everything but that wasn’t the case. It seems like a very great place for all services but I would have appreciated truth over the phone before booking an appointment. Other than that, if you have great insurance and/or money go here. They’re really sweet and truthful when it comes to costs and procedures while you’re there. Very clean place and positive environment. I will not be returning to this place but like I said, if you have great insurance and/or money go here :)

Bait and switch. I have insurance. They did not tell me any cost at the time of my appointment. I figured it would be covered. I simply needed a few minutes to discuss my situation with the specialist after being referred to them by my other dentist. They wanted to bill my insurance and charge me approximately 150 just for a few minutes of consultation.
