I am so very pleased with my recent visit to Sage Dental of Waterford Lakes. Of course, no one plans on breaking a tooth while on vacation- but it happened! I was able to get a very timely appointment to address my concerns with perhaps the kindest and most considerate dental team in the area . Big shout outs to Damarys, Dr. Martinez, Christina, Leo and the other friendly team members that helped me through this process. I'm usually a bit nervous in a dental chair, however this capable and competent team put my fears to rest. I observed that it was possible to converse in both English and Spanish to get your questions answered- a very helpful extra in customer service providing a respectful comfort to many. And finally, the price that I am paying for the services provided was less than half I would have paid at my local dental office at home. I may be thinking about getting all my dental work done on my next vacation near Waterford Lakes! The staff is sooo friendly and nice and the office is clean and tidy. However the wait is consistently long. It’s never a quick visit and I’m often there for at least 2 hours.

Cleaning was fine, but staff on the phone were RUDE. They were not helpful and did not greet me with a hello or goodbye. Called 2/10 at 4:05 PM. Not sure who was on the phone as they didn’t state their name, but did not enjoy that customer service.

The staff is very rude. It’s been months now and everybody’s giving me the run around. I am in so much pain and they won’t take me. They keep asking for a referral and the sage dental I used to go to won’t give me a referral unless I make an appointment with them but I live 4 hours away now there’s no way I’m driving all the way over there in a pandemic just for a referral when they can just transfer my information over. These people are absolutely no help they just want money. I’m gonna find another dentist because I’m not going to lose my tooth for sage dental.
