BUYER BEWARE!! Do not trust them to know anything about your insurance benefits. I was given a price, they performed all the work and I paid said price. Two months later I received a bill for 700 bucks because my insurance did not cover some services Sage Dental previously had claimed the insurance covered. Called my insurance and they said the dentist did not do their job in ensuring they were following the guidelines for coverage. Make sure you do all the insurance leg work prior to sitting on that chair! Scammers

My insurance has full coverage of cleaning twice a year, but the office gave me a 240 copay. Actually, I have a pretty good teeth just want to be more healthy and doing regular cleaning, and I don't need the materials they added up to the plan. I went to that office because of the high rating score online but the reality was disppointed. Makes me feel they are eager to make money instead of caring for the patients' need.

Would not recommended. My wife and I previously had been long time patients at this practice. Over the year spending well over 35k in work. My major issue is that doctors never last longer than 6 months and the regimented care they proscribe is basically incoherent because the new doctor has no idea of the course previously plotted. The straw for me was today when I arrived for a minor filling only to be told they found an unpaid 600 balance on my account from 18 months ago. They claimed the insurance company rejected it but never notified me in advance. When asked for some documentation to look into matter they demanded payment and stated they'd cancel my appointment without getting their money. Seeing that this office is no longer run in a professional manner, I chose to go elsewhere.

Everybody was extremely kind and good spirited. I was nervous going to the dentist for the first time in 4 years. My last experience (2016) was terrible at the old place I went to. Sage was the complete opposite. They also had a good sense of humor to ease my nerves. They went through all my images and findings clearly and concisely. Well done.

Everyone made me feel comfortable . I freak out over the smallest things. Like just taking x-rays. And my anxiety was very noticeable. When they noticed. They calmed me down and told me everything was going to be ok. And honestly that’s all any of us look for when we have to see any doctor in general! Just reassurance and just some comfort . First thing they do is charge you 44 for ppe just because they can. They take xrays have one dentist look at me sees nothing and tries to up sell me the services of a endodontist to see if he can see anything. Never got my teeth cleaned. Said I had to come back for an exam and another 44 ppe charge then they would decide what kind of cleanning I needed. I have never had a dentist operate like this went to another Dentist got full X rays a cleaning and Dr said I had wear from grinding my teeth at night. Recvomended I get a night guard.
