Mitesh started the company because he was finding it very difficult to find CADD designers in the US to support his existing team of engineers at his US based A/E firm. ISP now has remote based professional architectural and engineering designers, CADD operators, construction estimators, administrative assistants and quality control engineers placed in several US firms. As an engineer who came from India at an early age, Mitesh was able to capture the American dream by starting, building, and selling a successful A/E firm in the US. Now his goal is to pay it forward to his colleagues in the US.

My experience was positive. They are in a terrible location. I was told almost no parking and you can see this on the map. Told to get there only 30 minutes early. Dead end road so you’re no turning around. If you need to burn off some time you can make a circle by going south on 423, left on 416 silver star, left on 441 orange blossom trail, left on shader , you can look down Pennington and see what it looks like or make another lap. Juan didn’t want to unload me but the front office straightened it out. I had made the appointment 3 days out which my paperwork said they required. I made a few laps around. If you haven’t been to Orlando, traffic and construction can be a nightmare.

Takes forever to get an order from here. Waited over 45 minutes for 1 item! Worst part is I even called in my order an hour before I got here. Absolutely absurd and it’s like this EVERY time we come. We’ve mentioned something but it’s never gotten any better. We will be switching supply companies.
