I have started a job here and for the most part it is great. They are doing all they can to social distance and making sure people are wearing mask. Its appreciated.
I wasn't aware of this but Spectrum charges for entire billing cycles regardless of the end date of service or equipment return. I called in on Jan 22nd to cancel for jan 24 as I'm in between houses, and I still got charged 75 for the entire billing period from 01/20 to 02/20. When i called customer service I was told that's how spectrum does business and there is nothing they can do, even though I sent back the equipment and had no way of \using\ the service I paid for. You lost a 9 year customer today...
The worst internet always falls out and I have the most expensive business plan. Go another route!
Everyone I have ever dealt with at spectrum/ bright house is completely worthless, that s why I cancelled my service.
