Antonio was persistent of trying his best when it comes to giving us a great deal on a car. Franklin has helped me find my dream car at a great price including the warranty as well.Pam was very kind to me when I was with her can fit me out of her with my keys quickly. Over all my experience was wonderful they did a great job of getting out here quickly and happy.

Bought 2018 tundra from dealership on Sunday an was the worst experience I have ever had. Truck had 4 bad tires an told service manager about it an his response was that someone else would buy truck if I did not want it with those tires. I paid 15k cash down payment. I also had a problem with the delivery of vehicle after that because they cut the window tint an told me they would get that fixed but never got call to get that fixed. I also 3 days later had to replace a better because it died. They said this is a Toyota certified vehicle. Toyota certified is a joke. Also no tools in truck to change tire. Very disappointed at this dealership an will never go there ever again.

Certain jobs are better left to the professionals. Such was the case with my son's Tacoma that needed an evaporator AC replaced - relative inexpensive part, insane amount of labor. Toyota of Orlando finished the job in one day, and so far there is no rattling on the dashboard (that had to be entirely removed). Cheap? No. Worth it? Absolutely. Thank you for a job well done. Shoutout to Gabriela that took great care of everything, and of course the techs that did a great job.
