Great experience. If you have realistic expectations you will for sure have a great experience with universal. The team that helped me through my purchase consisted of Fabio (salesman), Alexis (Manager) and Robert (finance). All of them very fantastic. Fabio was very personable and made me feel super comfortable through the whole process. Alexis helped get me the price I wanted and made sure the deal could be done. Robert was very experienced and made the paperwork portion enjoyable despite that being the worst part usually lol Definitely recommend. The even let me hit the sales gong! Thanks universal hyundai!

Sales people Diego and Madison never got back with me... so you guys lost a deal. Bought my new 2020 Kona at Hyundai of Central Florida. They returned my messages even after hours (which I’d never expect of anyone) and they even delivered my new car to me. Universal Hyundai sent me a text/email, of which I replied to both.
