I was so impressed with the service I received here. It was so refreshing to pull up and get out of my car without a salesperson hovering over me. I appreciated having some time to look at the vehicles out front and have some private conversations with my husband about the vehicles before talking to a salesperson. Once I decided what I wanted to test drive we went inside. The receptionist asked how she could help us, and if we were there for service or to purchase – new or used. Once we told her we wanted to purchase new, she looked across the showroom to see who was available and hooked us up with Alexis Vazquez. He was wonderful. He listened to what we wanted and answered all our questions without laying the salesmanship on thick. Turn off #2 for, next to accosting me in the parking lot. He immediately got the vehicle we wanted to test drive and took us out, getting a feel for our likes and dislikes and giving us what I thought to be honest feedback and comparisons to other makes and models we were considering. After the test drive, he showed us other interior/exterior color options. We were sold. We went inside and sat down with him to make a deal. We weren’t pawned off to another person for that process. Turn off #3. If I’m working with you, I don’t want to be switched over to someone else to close a deal. We were not financing which made it a lot simpler. We agreed on a price within 5 minutes, he got the approval, and before you know it we were driving off in our new vehicle. It has been about a month now and I am very happy with my purchase. I was not even thinking that I would find a car. I love my Nissan sentra. My salesperson Will Morris was very knowledgeable about the car. Very polite young man. He is excellent. I vote for Universal Nissan to give this man a raise, he deserves it!! Thank you Will love my Bonnie

I stopped at Universal Nissan today to trade in my car, was warmly greeted by the front desk ladies. Erick was my sales rep and he was very nice and very, very funny. He helped me reach a reasonable payment on my new car and made the overall experience very enjoyable and laid back which is a huge difference in comparison to usual car shopping experiences. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has the pleasure of stopping by this dealership. Side note, the manager Juan was also extremely nice and very professional. Definitely coming here again for any future shopping!
