Hotel is very modern. It’s clean and safe. There’s even a little robot that comes to your room to give you items! View is great. Staff is super friendly! Definitely would recommend

Stayed here during a vacation to Universal (pre-pandemic). We had the best experience. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and the room was AWESOME!

Our stay here last October 2019 was fine. The place looked really clean and organized. The staff were very kind and accommodating, we had some issues in terms of the passes we had for the theme parks but eventually it was dealt with right away so that was a good start there for customer service. Overall, we had everything that we needed back in that hotel, we were well rested, there weren't any unnecessary noises around us. The ambiance was relaxing and I would gladly check in here again whenever my husband and I decide to go back one day. Absolutely no regrets spending a week or so in this hotel.

Aventura has become our go-to resort at Universal. The hotel is so clean and we'll maintained, the ADA rooms are huge, and we love the no-carpet flooring. The proximity to the water taxi at Sapphire Falls is great! Urban Pantry has THE BEST wok bar, and Bar 17 Bistro on the roof has amazing views as well as delicious food and drinks. The bar staff is awesome. The hotel staff are absolutely the best. Friendly, welcome, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They absolutely go the extra mile to make their guests feel welcome. Shout out to Kaitlin and Raj for EXCELLENT service!

The hotel is so beautiful since you enter the person in the entrance so nice and helpful. The employees in the front desk they're awesome. The room and the view amazing everything super clean. Everyone that work in the hotel is super nice. The bus driver, the people that chat when you have a question, the housekeeper. I love it. I hope i can return back next year.

Beautiful Hotel! Front desk customer service is amazing. Got lunch today and the pizza wasn’t very good, so I got my money back and ordered a Chicken Sandwich which was really good. Customer service for the food area is awesome! Our room is perfect! We will be staying again in the future ️ ( we love the robot thing )

Very nice, trendy, "futuristic" hotel on Universal's property. Rooms are very chic, but not the best functionally, such as no microwave and individual "spotlights" within the room for lighting. Great views though from the room with a wall of windows. The rooms have an iPad that controls multiple functions like the TV, the thermostat, and the lighting. The pool is great, seems to be heated, and has lifeguards. There's also a hot tub area and a small area for lounging that has little fountains, probably an area for the little ones. Other amenities include early admission to universal studios and islands of adventure as well as buses to the parks. There is also a laundry room guest use, with washers being 3 per use, and dryers being 3 per use. The restaurants downstairs offer tasty, good food, however they are priced as you would expect for within a hotel at a major tourist location. The front desk staff were very, and they also have a ticketing desk to help with vacation packages, ticketing, and express passes. There is also an Avis office on site, and an area where you can print your boarding passes for your flights. Note, breakfast is not included, and parking is 18 a day plus tax for parking in the hotel. Overall I would definitely recommend!
