I was super surprised to find that this is the best value resort that Universal offers due to the amazing quality of everything! This resort has everything you could want in a stay here. Universal store, a full restaurant, two full service bars, one of which is located at the outside pool. The rooms are lovely with amazing views of the park. The parks are just an easy shuttle ride away. Worth the money for a worry free Universal vacation!

Beautiful and clean! Large spacious rooms. Very quite. Pool is beautiful. Busing to parks was great and fast. My only issue us they don't have a coffee maker and complimentary coffee in the standard room. I think that's ridiculous and we were forced to buy coffee every morning. Every resort I've been to in the area all have coffee makers in room. Otherwise, everything else is so nice and the food court has great selections!

I loved Dockside Inn & Suites! This resort offered excellent amenities including pools, great affordable dining options, Starbucks in the lobby, bars and one of the best user friendly room I have ever experienced! So many plug in options for our electronics and the walk in shower is the wave of the future for a hotel rooms! The use of color made the entire resort feel open and friendly. The ease of use with the Universal transportation bus system was a huge bonus! I highly recommend this resort.

New hotel great rooms good is above average for a hotel, honestly not bad at all. Great pool however having the ability to warm up the pool, the pool was freezing. Specifically for the third week of April the pool has a shade until about 11 am then enjoys the sun the rest of the day. Great-for kids BUT truly needs to be warmed up at least for the early morning and nights as the pool is open until 10 PM weekdays 11 PM on the weekends. Pool bar has an awesome selection of craft beer and drinks. Rooms and very comfortable and clean. Overall great hotel but and my biggest but we rented two rooms different floors and is my understanding is a non smoking hotel however both floors and other floors stunk of WEED. People smoking next door the smell would creep into our rooms at night making it really hard for the kids and us. The lobby has a Starbucks and is great to have one on property but it would be nice if they accepted mobile orders as the line takes between 30-40 mins from starting to get your order. Great COVID measures!

I thought the room was spacious and clean. The pool was huge and a highlight. Having a Starbucks is amazing. Would have been even better if breakfast and Starbucks opened at 6 AM. I was very happy with the hotel though it did feel crowded and full when waiting for the elevators. Overall we had a great time and would stay at Dockside again.

Nice resort, location is not within park you have to shuttle back to it but it's less than a 5 minute ride and there are many shuttles running. We opted for the 2 bedroom suites overlooking pool area which were very spacious and comfortable. Some family members used the in-room pizza delivery and were happy with results. Service was fantastic and will definitely opt for this again when given the chance.

Great room , my friends and I stayed recently and had a wonderful time . We had a room with a city view and very nice. This hotel is beautiful, it has a huge Starbucks, a store inside which is large, a bar with great drinks and has a dining area that has wonderful salads and oatmeal. One of the things that I loved about it is the security. You can go in and out of the lobby but when going in you will be stopped at security. Once you are assigned a room, you key card gets you in and off of the property. Thanks for a great time

The Universal Resort Vacation Package which included air, hotel, park passes and transportation is definitely the way to plan your vacation. We added the food ticket and mini golf at City Walk. We also added funds to our room ticket which allowed us to purchase photos and other items without carrying an extra credit card. Everything was seamless and managed very well. Be sure to use the text messaging service with the hotel. It was available 24/7 and they answered every question in a timely manner. We highly recommend using the Universal App which made navigating the parks easy and fun. Best vacation we ever had.
