We stayed at the surfside Inn and absolutely loved it! Pool was amazing! The cafeteria had great selection of food and pretty reasonable prices. We loved the surfing theme though out the hotel. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We'll definitely book again in the future.

Visited here in late October of 2020. I felt so safe here with the employees wearing masks, temperature checks, everything being pristine and clean. I could tell there was so much care for the visitors well-being. Affordable prices for being a universal hotel and would 100% stay again. I can’t describe how clean everything was, something VERY important to me.

Great hotel for the price. I was concerned about the bus service to And from the parks, but it exceeded expectations (never a lengthy wait). The suites are very functional and comfortable. The pool and pool bar are great for a “value” resort. Starbucks in the lobby was very convenient.

Amazing. The hotel staff was so friendly, necessary material was easy to receive to the room. Great at no contact. When asked for more towels, they knocked and left them bagged outside the door. Always quick with replies and knew all answers regarding the parks. Shuttles were constantly flowing in and out of the hotel. Parking was amazing. Overall felt very safe and clean.

We stayed at the Dockside back in March/April and had an amazing time! The view from our room was gorgeous facing the pool and volcano bay, we could even see the parks too. I stayed here for my sister's bachelorette party. It was the perfect hotel for our party of 10. They have shuttles to take you to Universal, a Starbucks in the Lobby, a large cafeteria with many good quality good options. The cafeteria even has as gluten free area. You can even get smoothies, fresh fruit, sandwiches and cooked meals. It was ideal because people in our group could go grab meals or snacks as they needed and it didn't always have to be a big group event. The pool was extremely large so our group of 10 felt completely at ease in our corner and it never felt crowded. They also have a large outdoor bar The room was extremely comfortable. Loved having a mini fridge, sink and picnic table. There are also a lot of shelves for you to place your items. Nice room design.

Hotel was clean, rooms were adorable, staff was friendly, food options were great. The traffic to cross I-4 gets very bad in the mornings. I would try to leave the hotel before 9 or after 11 as the backup is something no one can really avoid.

We were at dockside and it was great. Our suite looked like a beach cottage with a surf board and white boardwalk floors. Loved it.
