Javier was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my husband and myself. He had to deal with Corporate to get the promotion for both of our phones. For some reason after he seen our promotions they disappeared. It took Javier 2 days but he got the promotion back and it saved us a lot of money. Javier made sure we got the best deal for us. He went above and beyond to help us! I would definitely recommend Javier and his store! We are from out of town and he made us very comfortable in dealing with him!

I've got to different Authorized, Retailer Verizon stores before for different things, but this is the first time that I felt the person care about how much money I spent. Javier helped me get any and all discounts that I could qualify for to get my new phone. Even though I'm in a different state now, I'm definitely going to have him handle everything for me from now on.
