We have multiple locations in Florida and VoiceOnyx is our business phone company for all. It is very convenient to transfer calls to another location with just the 3-digit extension dial. Our sales team utilizes the find me follow me feature daily when they are off site. Customers do not have to track their reps - the phone system does it for them. Our IT Company was so impressed with all the \In The Cloud\ options they have referred 3 more business to VoiceOnyx. Not to mention our monthly expenses for the phone system has decreased significantly. I would definitely recommend to another business owner.

I have had a very short tenure with Voice Onyx, but after the nightmare of phone service I have had the last 6 months with various other providers - Spectrum, SpectrumVOIP, RingCentral - I am glad I ended up here. It was simple for them to actually fit my needs and they were able to install the service in a jiffy using existing Polycom phones. And the best part of it all, no hidden fees or taxes, one simple transparent bill.

They are reasonably priced and they really are helpful and awesome to work with. The only thing that would make this better is if I could find a local internet provider to match them.
