I had some general questions about my account, and my account representative Yalisha was like a consultant, visiting me on site to further understand my business and suggesting what would work best for me. I am so appreciative for her and the nice folks at waste connections!

I reached out to our account manager Vincent Medina for pricing on a 30 yard rolloff and had a few other questions for him. He was extremely responsive and had the contract for me to sign within the hour. I contacted him on a Tuesday and he was able to set up the delivery for our requested date of Friday. Thank you Waste Connections of Orlando and Vincent Medina for the rapid response time. We look forward to working with you all in the future.
They do a great job for our business Rainaldi Home Services. I especially appreciate Miguel L, one of our drivers. He’s very polite and always helps with any cleanup afterwards.
A good friend of mine used to work here until his operations manager told him to run over a cyclist who is going to be at a specific intersection at a specific time period it was very clearly a mob hit and unfortunately my friend had to join witness protection as a result. Five stars because they always pick up my trash on time.
