I bought a piano there a 5 years ago and the gentlemen who sold it to me were very nice! Even during my first visit 7 years ago when I was just browsing and ended up not buying right then and there they allowed me to test pianos and look around without impatience. I went in again recently and the new gentleman there was rather rude when I said I just wanted to browse, saying he was there to sell pianos. How do you expect people to buy if they can't look around or test? Not sure if that was just a joke gone wrong, but the other two gentlemen from a few years ago were much nicer.
