I WISH THERE WERE ZERO STARS. I live right here in Ormond and will now be taking my children all the way to Jefferson Parish just so I don't have to deal with the RUDE staff here. I have had 3 appointments and EVERY time they have called me the morning of to reschedule, after I have already taken my children out of school. This is extremely unprofessional and they have lost a customer and I will tell anyone who'll listen about this horrible disservice. It's a shame that we finally got a pediatric unit in Destrehan and I can't even patron them. You're not the only game in town!
