Terrible customer service, no way to pay a loyal customer, the cash deposit back when they close the acct. You have to wait weeks. The internet and phone service is spotty and unreliable. For some people, theres no other choice. Goodluck.

No experience in store but, inland cellular intersepts my calls with a recorded message and then hangs up. when 50 perc. Of the time I get out no problem as long as inland keeps out of my bizz.. very few people I know are happy with i.c.. if a call is not for you don't answer it. Da
