Where to begin. Last spring, a tech looked at two broken heaters for one of our rentals. He took one of the heaters back to the shop to see about getting parts or a replacement model. He said he would contact us in a couple of days. The week went by, and I called. The receptionist said that he would contact me. Nothing. This scenario repeated over the next month and a half. No response. It is now September. I called just out of curiosity. The receptionist didn’t remember anything about the situation but said she would look into it. Again, no follow up. Amazingly poor service!

My neighbors are using them. We share a driveway, they’re inconsiderate workers don’t show any respect for the surroundings. They’re rude and show poor judgment. I don’t think I’ll ever be using their services. In my job I use contractors all the time, sometimes I have to recommend people and I won’t be recommending these people. Because of my personal experience, I wouldn’t want to submit the people next to the house as I’m working on to the poor experience that I have had. With that being said their work inside the house might actually be worth it. However with the professionalism I’ve witnessed outside of the jobsite I doubt it. I don’t like leaving bad reviews in this case I couldn’t help it.
